ℹ️ Illustrative Scenarios, Not Customer Stories
Each one uses an invented company with invented data, so it can be shown to any prospect, and none of them claims results. All capabilities shown are supported by PersivX, and each page's Technical Details explain how. External integrations and business workflows need configuring for each business. Verified customer results will be published separately.

The Demo in Five Acts
Each animation runs in the same five acts, and the same five make a good live-demo order. Spend most of the time on acts 4 and 5: that is what no report does.
| Act | What the prospect sees |
|---|---|
| 1. The big picture | One centralised dashboard, refreshed automatically from ERP data: the headline numbers and where the money sits |
| 2. Find the problem | Hover for the story, drill to the document, a tab per use case |
| 3. Intelligence | Panels that answer "what do we do next?": who to call, what to pay, what is coming, what changed |
| 4. Take action | A button on the row places a hold or sends a payment run for approval, then updates the ERP |
| 5. It runs on its own | Internal lists, external reminders and a morning brief on any channel, scoped to each person |
Using These With a Prospect
- Open the animation full screen from the case study page and let it play once. It runs in about two minutes, and the chapter bar jumps to whatever the prospect asks about.
- Lead with their pain, not the dashboard. Each page's The Challenge section is written to be read back to a team: they will recognise it.
- Walk "What Happens Because of the Insights" and the follow-up playbook. They are the part that sells: every row is a job someone does by hand today.
- Agree the Business Impact measures with the prospect, and baseline them before go-live. Don't quote results from an illustrative scenario.
- Use the Talking Points table on each page for the usual objections; keep Technical Details for evaluators.
- Always say it is illustrative. The company and figures are invented; the capabilities are real.
- Hand over the page link afterwards; it is written to be read without you there.
